Tomita Matsudo

I first discover Tomita at a Tsukemen festival in Shin Okubo and it was an explosion of flavour!

This surprised me so much that I decided to go to one of his restaurant in Chiba prefecture (~30 minutes from Tokyo station).

Everything in this bowl is perfection, from the noodle, the thick and strong soup, the meat and even the design of the bowl.
If you already try many tonkotsu gyokai tsukemen in the past and you want to eat something to the next level, here you are.

Be careful, Tomita is considered by many as one of the best in Japan, so you might queue for one hour or more. I went after 2pm on the weekend and it was fine
