MENSHO

MENSHO is a place with high quality ramen and tsukemen, definitely a top place in Tokyo like all the shop from the group MENSHO.

In this on they are using local ingredients for everything. I had a tsukemen and the noodles texture was really good (mix with soba flour I guess) and the soup tasty. That gives me want to try their shio ramen for sure next time.
