MENSHO Shoyu ramen

I went there to try their famous shio ramen but at this time they replace it by a shoyu ramen

Fair enough as in any case I know I won't be disappointed by Mensho quality and I was not!. Good flavour of shoyu with a bit of yuzu. The meat was perfectly cooked and the noodles (similar to soba) perfect for this broth.

I also had their excellent tsukemen that I highly recommend.
