Spicy Tsukemen with miso soup.
The spicy level is not a joke so be careful. It was really good, the noodles texture has a good chewy.

They also do a black miso ramen that I love.

The shop is near the station and has an English menu. Highly recommend if you are in Kanazawa and if you like spicy food!
