Menyataiga Black Ramen

Great black miso ramen. This shop is ranked among the best in Japan for miso ramen. They use natural squid ink to make the soup.
Noodle, soup and toping, everything was really good.

They also do a spicy miso tsukemen that you can see in another review.

The shop is near the station and has an English menu. Highly recommend if you are in Kanazawa
